Connecting Brex gives BOBs direct control over how your team issues cards and governs spend. BOBs can create new cards, invite teammates to the right accounts, and apply user-specific limits—helping finance teams roll out access quickly while maintaining the guardrails you need. For day-to-day operations, BOBs can pull transaction lists from selected cash accounts or primary card accounts so finance can review activity on demand or in response to business context. BOBs also use Brex as an “instant signal” source. When a new transfer event happens, BOBs can immediately respond—keeping cash operations and downstream processes synchronized (like approvals, reconciliations, notifications, or updates in connected systems) without waiting for manual checking.
