Connecting AWS gives BOBs the ability to run complete, event-driven cloud jobs end-to-end—starting from an event, moving/transforming data in storage, updating your databases, and capturing logs for auditability. Instead of managing many manual steps across tools, BOBs can orchestrate the whole flow based on what’s happening in your AWS environment. Common outcomes include automated ingestion pipelines (watch S3, write to DynamoDB/Redshift), scheduled backfills and batch processing, serverless actions via Lambda for custom business logic, and reliable messaging patterns using SNS/SQS/EventBridge. You can also use BOBs to build operational “autopilot” for cloud tasks—so teams get fewer incidents, faster processing, and consistent data updates—while keeping a clear trail of what ran and when.
